if your commission is $65 in price or under, we require the full payment upfront, before we start your commissioned piece. if your commission is $70 in price or more, you're welcome to pay using two or three payments.two payments would look like half of the cost upfront, before we start your commission, and half of the cost when we finish your piece and hand it over.

three payments would look like half of the cost upfront, before we start your commission, a quarter of the payment at the halfway point, and the final quarter when we hand over the finished art piece.we require an upfront payment to make sure we will get our payment for making your artwork. you will receive updates on your piece as we finish each step along the way!
❝ TERMS OF SERVICE . ❞
• after confirming the commission, an upfront payment will be made to ensure that we get paid.• we do not accept commissions that have a time constraint or deadline attached to them. if you try to claim we agreed to a deadline for a commission, we have full right to cancel your commission without providing a completed piece, or any further communication. we will keep all payments made.• payments made to our cashapp, paypal, or ko-fi, will not be considered commission payment until we have confirmed the commission details and information. we will keep any paid money.• unprofessional behavior (pushing or rushing us, attempting to start conversation beyond the commission's progress, etc) is grounds for us to cancel the commission without providing a final piece or any further communication. we will keep any paid money.• we retain the right to deny a commission for any reason.• prices are subject to change depending on character, pose, or detail complexity. listed prices are flat rates and cannot be negotiated.• if we cancel a commission on grounds of discomfort in our relationship with our client, we will keep all payments made to us.• if we cancel a commission due to a lack of skill or ability to complete it, we will do our best to refund half of the paid amount.• if you are unsatisfied with your commission, we will not be offering a refund. we regularly check with our clients throughout the commission process - which means you would have approved everything we did, as we did it. you being unhappy and wanting a refund is your problem, not ours.
when a commission is completed, depending on the details of the commission itself, possession over the commission remains between us, as the artist, and the commissioner.the commissioner has exclusive rights to using the commission for a profile picture, a banner, or other personal uses. however, the commissioner is not allowed to use the image for commercial rights. all art we create out of commissions, unless negotiated by the commissioner and us, is prohibited from being used to generate profit by either parties - though we are allowed, unless negotiated, to use the commission for advertisement (portfolios/commission examples).we require the commissioner to give us credit for our art wherever they choose to use it.

fandoms: vivziepop created sources, mandela catalouge, the magnus archive, apex legends, my little pony, miraculous ladybug, valorant, vita carnis.content: sexual theming or implications, heavy gore, extreme religious imagery (exceptions can be made for source materials that include a lot of religious imagery and theming)shipping: fandoms we ourselves are not involved in, illegal or otherwise unhealthy ships (proshits dni). we retain the ability to decline a ship commission, even for fandoms we're familiar with, for any reason.

fandoms: we are willing to draw for any fandom we've seen around! if we recognize the name or the contents, we would almost certainly be willing to consider accepting your commission, depending on the nature of the commission itself!content: fluff, angst, mild/light gore, moderate amounts of religious imagery, artistic nudity, nonhuman characters, furries & anthro animals, up to five characters, reference sheets, creating custom character designs.shipping: oc x oc / oc x canon / canon x canon, but all canon characters must be from fandoms we're familiar with or part of!
